As much as technology drives us, so does our responsibility to the world we operate in. We uphold cultural values and human life. We do whatever we can to make out planet more liveable. For the same reason you will find us working with equal gusto at tech fairs and seminars and also blood donation camps, tree plantation drives, charities for orphans and women in need. The success of our chosen path in CSR is the acknowledgment and awards received from the Chandigarh Government.
The team envisions and co-ordinates blood donation camps, celebration days at orphanages and schools and diverse other social initiatives such as setting up a basic Computer Education classes for the children at the Yi Vividha Centre situated at Kaimbwala, Chandigarh, celebrating festivals and lunches with the less fortunate, etc. GrayCell Tech also organises camps and activities at schools that bring independent technology professionals and students onto a common platform where they can exchange ideas and discuss its prospects. This initiative has proven to promote innovation and acts as a catalyst for young talent. GCT team also collect donations in the form of unused clothes, books, computers, printers and donate them to the charity regularly through various NGOs. GCT is also involved with MyKartavya, a Nasscom foundation initiative.

The CSR Initiative team has organized numerous blood donations camps where GCT team members along with their families and friends have participated heartily. Each camp is held after a four month period and our efforts have been recognized by the Rotary & Blood Bank Society, Chandigarh as well.

The GCT CSR Team coordinates with various NGO’s to bring joy and a smile on the faces of both young and old . The team celebrates major festivals in coordination with local orphanages and old age homes.
The children at Aashiana (Orphan home) in Sector-16 Panchkula had a memorable Lohri and taught a few dance steps and games to the CSR Initiative Team.

GCT celebrated World Environment Day on 5th of June as Green Day and each team member planted a tree sampling and resolved to promote awareness about the environment within their localities. A number of events were organized in the office premises as well.
